Excellent location in the Salamanca district, next to Parque de las Avenidas, surrounded by wide streets, landscaped areas and recreational areas with abundant trees and modern sports facilities. The area has several parks.
The main thoroughfare is Avenida de Bruselas, which is crossed by two other avenues: Bonn and Avenida de Badajoz, between which a Catholic parish church, San Juan Evangelista, was built by the architect Echenique. We also have the Manuel Alvar Public Library and the Julián Besteiro Vocational Training School. Likewise, the renowned and excellent primary and secondary school run by the Menesian Fathers and three preschools are located just a few metres away. There are also language and driving centres and a bookshop (Polifemó).
The area is very well connected to the rest of the city, with the underground (line 7) and buses (lines 43, 53, 74 and 122) just a stone's throw away. The airport, the AVE high-speed train and the Ifema exhibition centre can be reached in just 15 minutes, and there is direct access to the M-30, NII (A-2) and the city's various arterial roads.
The area also offers all kinds of services.
Parque de las Avenidas was conceived and built as a large housing development, designed as a unified whole and planned with architectural uniformity in mind.
