It also reduces the severity of the increasingly frequent high temperatures due to climate change. It also gives the grapes some differential and exclusive notes within the DO Penedès. One of the plots has a well, which, despite the fact that the vines are dry-farmed, should be considered an added value, given that it would provide moisture to the land in the event of a hypothetical severe drought and thus control productivity.
