Author's architecture in Asolo

Built by architect Eugenio Gentili Tedeschi on a previous model by Carlo Scarpa, this modern-style house is nestled on the slopes of the Asolo hills, just a walk away from the center of Asolo and the Rocca. The house is accessed from a private driveway that leads away from the road, placing the house in a private oasis surrounded by woods that extends towards the plain where the panoramic terrace on the main floor juts out. The house is mainly distributed on two levels, the first, which is accessed from ground level, extends along the side of the hill which slopes forward, creating space for a second lower floor, but completely above ground, originally conceived for the servitude. The mezzanine floor welcomes us with an elegant entrance corridor that leads us to a hallway that separates the living room from the four bedrooms. The living room, with its large glass walls, offers a direct view of the natural beauty that has made the area famous and opens directly onto the overlooking terrace; a magnificent fireplace dominates an open side room, perfect for spending long winter afternoons enlivened by the fire. Also on the same floor we also find the kitchen and a separate dining room and four bathrooms. The lower floor has a large number of rooms, stacked as an independent dwelling and used as an apartment, gym, tavern, cellar and spa. A prestigious home for those who experience nature immersed in the amenities of the Asolo Hills.
