The terroir, however, is ideal and is managed according to organic farming principles, without fertilizers or chemical products, allowing for a highly sustainable production of excellent quality and quantity. Over 7 hectares of vineyards planted with white and red varieties are currently in progressive expansion, ready to evolve further in an environment devoted to excellence and respectful of traditional practices and the natural rhythm of the land. Current production includes still white wines and a sparkling cuvée, elegant and structured red wines, an aromatic wine, and no fewer than four Metodo Classico sparkling wines—one of which is an unreleased label still in refinement. All wines proudly stand comparison with those from across the Alps. Equipment, machinery, and barriques support the complete winemaking cycle, from harvest to the transformation of the fruit into the finished product. The project also includes an enotourism and hospitality component, with eight spacious suites yet to be completed, designed to offer—within this area dedicated to quality—both contemplative wines and an unforgettable stay in direct contact with nature, the lake, and the refined treasures that this unique landscape between mountains and water provides.
