Recoletos is the prime area of the Barrio de Salamanca, the closest area to El Retiro, and specifically, this residence is steps away from Madrid's largest and most representative park. The Buen Retiro Park is the true protagonist of this neighborhood of Madrid, which is flanked by the streets of Alcalá and O'Donnell to the northern end, Calle Doctor Esquerdo to the east, Avenida del Mediterráneo and Paseo de Reina Cristina to the south, and Calle Alfonso XII to the western end.
