    The Argüelles neighborhood was born during the Expansion period and is a magnificent example of bourgeois Madrid. Bordered by the Parque de Debod and Princesa Street, it stretches in a narrow strip from Plaza de España towards Parque del Oeste, delimited by the streets of Pintor Rosales, Irún, Paseo Moret, Ferraz, Princesa, Plaza de España, and Cuesta de San Vicente. In its streets, palaces such as that of Infanta Isabel de Borbón are preserved, along with old asylums and convents, like Buen Suceso. It is an ideal place to live, given its quite central location, its green surroundings facing Parque del Oeste and Parque de la Montaña (where the Egyptian temple of Debod is located), and the presence of numerous shops, leisure areas, bars, and restaurants with their attractive terraces.
