The Mas Ram residential estate is one of the most prestigious and exclusive areas of Badalona. The area is perfectly communicated, with the C-31 at only 300 metres, which allows quick access to Barcelona as well as to the different towns of the Maresme and from them, to the motorway which takes us to Girona and France.
