The Argüelles neighborhood was born during the Expansion period and is a magnificent example of bourgeois Madrid. Bounded by the Parque de Debod and Princesa Street, it advances in a narrow strip from Plaza de España towards the Parque del Oeste, bordered by the streets of Pintor Rosales, Irún, Paseo Moret, Ferraz, Princesa, Plaza de España, and Cuesta de San Vicente.
