Cumbre del Sol is a purpose-built residential resort within the municipality of Benitachell, between the more established towns of Moraira and Jávea, which lies in the southwest of the Marina Alta of the Costa Blanca - in the northern part of the province of Alicante - inside the autonomous district of Valencia. Located high on the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean, the development is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by green belt land and interesting beaches and coves.
