The architectural project was designed by Ventura + Partners, an architecture firm that has won several national and international awards. It's a condominium with 63 homes, with types T2, T3, T3 Duplex, T4 Duplex and T4 Penthouse. The building will have a more cosmopolitan side facing the avenue and a more private side to the south with private gardens. Most of the apartments will have two fronts, generous balconies and unobstructed views.
