The flooring in the property will be top-quality porcelain, with a choice of several options. The vertical walls in wet areas in the bathrooms will be covered with top-quality ceramic tiles. Kitchen furniture with upper and lower units in a laminate finish and quartz or similar worktop. Kitchen equipment including oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and integrated extractor hood. High energy efficiency, thanks to the hot/cold air conditioning system, integrated by ducts and generated by aerothermal energy.
