A cozy home in the heart of San Trovaso

We arrive in San Trovaso (Preganziol) on a beautiful sunny day; we leave the center behind, following the navigator for a few minutes. We venture into a quiet area, full of villas and well-kept gardens. What awaits us is a terraced house, and at first glance, it's clear that it has been carefully maintained. The recently repainted white facade stands out against the blue sky, and it's easy to imagine how much this property has been loved and lived in by those who inhabited it. Upon entering, the first impression is of spaciousness. The large living room welcomes us with soft light filtering through the east-facing windows. We can already imagine life unfolding here: the family gathering in the evening on the sofa to watch a movie or hosting friends for a convivial occasion. The separate and functional kitchen invites us to prepare dishes together, while we overlook the two balconies that offer a view of the surrounding greenery. On this floor, there is also a bathroom, convenient and practical for the living area. We descend to the lower floor, where the surprise is the large storage space. With a height of 2.10 meters, it is absolutely livable, and its potential uses open up to our imagination: a tavern, perhaps with a stove to warm the environment on winter evenings, a study for quality remote working, or a playroom for children. There's also a laundry room, always convenient, and direct access to the spacious garage. We go back upstairs to visit the sleeping area. On the first floor, there are the bedrooms, cozy and full of light; here too, there are balconies that offer an outlet to the outside, where you can read a book or simply get some fresh air. The two bathrooms complete the floor, ensuring convenience for all family members. We step out into the garden that surrounds the house on two sides; the east and west exposure is optimal and ensures sun throughout the day. Here we can imagine setting up a table for outdoor dinners and a corner where the little ones can play safely. The area is quiet, yet close to everything: the proximity to the train station (about 600 meters) is a significant advantage for those who need to travel often, and Treviso is only 5 km away. With about 240 square meters of commercial space distributed over three levels, this home left us with an excellent impression because it combines the spaciousness typical of 1980s constructions with modern comfort, thanks to the complete and very recent renovation carried out in 2020. It seems like a very attractive solution, especially for a family that needs large and well-distributed spaces, in a quiet, safe residential area, close to all services.
