Rustic land with possibility of becoming urban land

Rustic land with possibility of becoming urban land with a total area of 2000 sqm with excellent location between the University Campus of Ajuda (in expansion), the Liga Foundation, the Humanitarian Association of Firefighters of Ajuda and the Monsanto Forest Park. Further away, but close enough, is the National Palace of Ajuda. The land has a configuration of about 22 m deep and 55 m wide usable. Given the other conditions and limitations contained in articles 49, 53, 54 and 55 of the Regulation of the Master Plan of Lisbon, it is considered the possibility of building a housing building with five floors, a front of about 50 meters and a depth of 15 meters, leaving the remainder of the lot as a backyard. This perspective of building is in accordance with the indication inserted in article 54 of the PDM Regulation, in paragraph c) of its point 2), of the IUB (Gross Utilization Index) maximum being 2 m²/m² that would give for the 2,000 meters total of the land an occupation in housing of ± 4,000 sqm.
