Sunset Terrace

As we stroll along the Zattere, we feel the breath of Venice in its purest form. The lagoon breeze tickles us as we walk towards a beautiful palace with a typical Venetian-style façade. We climb a few steps and reach the top floor: the echo of the water immediately strikes us and the light sprinkles on the walls in typical Venetian spatolato. We advance to the living room: two windows flood the dining area with light and we enjoy a magnificent view from the large French window. And if the interior, with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, promises comfort and refinement, it is on the outside that this property reveals its true essence. In front of us opens the first of three terraces, all facing south, all with breathtaking views. The first one is ideal for more intimate dining while the second one, next to the modern kitchen, for a morning breakfast. But we are not satisfied and we want to surprise our friends, who have come to visit us for an aperitif and dinner. We take them upstairs, to the most incredible terrace in the house and perhaps in the whole of Venice: twenty-five square metres of incredible views, from dawn to dusk, three hundred and sixty degrees over the whole city. The property is completed by a convenient storage room on the ground floor. Owning this corner of Venice means having a place where every sunset becomes a symphony of colours and every sunrise a promise of new wonders. Imagine being there, enjoying an aperitif as the sun sets, with the backdrop of the lagoon reflecting the lights of the city.
