Sunset Terrace

As we walk along the Zattere, we feel the breath of Venice in its purest form. The lagoon breeze tickles us as we move towards a beautiful palace with a façade in typical Venetian style. We climb a few flights of stairs and reach the top floor: the reflection of the water immediately strikes us and the light spreads over the walls in typical Venetian plastering. We move forward holding our breath until the living room: two windows flood the dining area with light, a large French door frames the living room from which to admire this incredible view. And if the interior, with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms, promises comfort and sophistication, it is outside that this property reveals its true essence. In front of us opens the first of the three terraces, all facing south, all with breathtaking views: the eastern terrace, perfect for a more intimate dinner. Near the modern kitchen, complete with every comfort waiting for us, here's the western terrace, perfect for a morning breakfast accompanied by the sound of seagulls. But we are not satisfied and want to amaze friends, who have come to visit us for an aperitif and dinner. We lead them to the upper floor, to the most incredible terrace of the house and perhaps of all Venice: twenty-five square meters of incredible view, from dawn to dusk, with a three hundred and sixty-degree view of the entire city. Possibility of purchasing a convenient storage room on the ground floor separately. Owning this corner of Venice means having a place where every sunset becomes a symphony of colors and every dawn a promise of new wonders. We imagine being there, enjoying an aperitif while the sun sets, with the lagoon backdrop reflecting the city's lights.
