A special highlight of the property is the private vineyard planted with autochthonous Mallorcan grape varieties. In total, three red and two white varieties grow here, perfectly adapted to the Mediterranean climate and the unique local terroir. The annual production is approximately 2,500 to 3,500 bottles of red, white and rosé wine. The vineyard is officially registered with the relevant authorities, allowing commercial production and marketing of the wine. The outdoor area is characterized by Mediterranean vegetation and the adjoining vineyard, giving the finca a particularly unique character. Several terrace areas invite you to relax, while the swimming pool offers refreshment during the warm summer days. In the covered outdoor area (porche) there is another fireplace, creating a charming atmosphere during cooler evenings. Technically the finca is well equipped: a photovoltaic system and solar collectors for hot water support an efficient energy supply. Underfloor heating powered by an oil heating system ensures comfortable living throughout the year. Water is supplied via a private deep well. A garage and the spacious open areas of the plot complete this special property and offer a high level of privacy in one of the most attractive landscapes in the southeast of Mallorca.

The town sits at the foot of Puig de Sant Salvador with the well-known Santuari monastery, founded in 1342, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views across the island. It is located in the island’s second-largest wine-growing region, and vineyards shape the scenery at almost all entrances to the town. The old town features many winding lanes that evoke the charm of times past. Every Sunday, the market with its many stalls invites you to stroll both along the pedestrian zone and through the idyllic market hall. The impressive 16th-century Church of San Miguel stands in the center, and its broad staircase makes a beautiful photo spot at any time of day. Mallorca’s largest natural harbor, Portocolom—part of Felanitx—can be reached in 10 minutes by car and, with its many restaurants, bars, and cafés as well as romantic bathing coves, offers plenty of opportunities to relax. The exclusive 18-hole Vall d’Or golf course is also about 15 minutes away by car, and the airport is around 35 minutes away.
