We get off the vaporetto and head towards our property; our short stroll - considering the proximity of the public transport - is very pleasant, allowing us to walk carefree along Via Lepanto, which connects the Gran Viale with the beaches. About halfway down the street, we take the side road where our villa is located, arrive in front of the gate and walk along the driveway leading to the entrance: we immediately notice the large size of the property, divided into three parts: basement, mezzanine floor, first floor. Upon entering, we immediately notice the vast living room of over 60 square metres, very bright thanks to the many windows, and with an attractive exit onto the veranda. On the same floor we find the newly built kitchen, a bathroom and another room that can be used for various purposes. Going up to the first floor, we find the two bedrooms and another bathroom. Both in the corridor and in the rooms, we find the exit to the spacious terrace of over 50 square metres which runs around the 3 sides of the house: it seems to promise convivial moments with friends, with the benefit of the sun at all times of the day.
