Charm and sustainability in Malamocco

Venetians and tourists from Italy and all over the world, appreciated for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches. The liberty style still characterises the entire island, accompanied by the 'belle epoque' atmosphere that reaches its peak at the end of summer thanks to the famous Film Festival. The Lido can be easily reached in a few minutes by various public water transport lines and the entire island can be travelled by car, which can be transported thanks to the public ferry-boat service connected to the mainland. The property is located in an authentic area and still little interested by mass tourism, in the southern part of the island of Lido. It is an ideal area for lovers of uncrowded and yet unspoilt beaches, the small beach of Malamocco is a small jewel overlooking the sea where you can relax to sunbathe and take a refreshing bath.
