Once entering we find a hall that opens to the different areas of the property. On the right hand side, we find a courtesy bathroom and a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, open kitchen and a direct access to a large terrace which offers views over the whole garden area where the sun shines all day long and all year round. We have the option to go up to the first floor either by a wide staircase or by the lift.
