Charming mansion in the heart of the Lido

We get off the vaporetto and take Via Lepanto to reach our flat in the Villa Liberty located in the heart of the Lido. Arriving in front of the villa we cannot help but notice the characteristic little bridge for private use to access the common courtyard. The whole building exhibits the stately allure of this early 20th century property. Curious, we go up to our flat, measuring over 200 square metres, which occupies the entire first floor of the building. It consists of a central hall with Venetian flooring and large windows that provide exceptional natural light. Continuing to the right, we find two generously sized double bedrooms, one of which has a small terrace, and we find a bathroom for the sleeping area. We pass again into the central hall to go to the left side of the flat where we find the splendid living room, also equipped with a private terrace, overlooking the lovely water channel of Via Lepanto. Adjacent, we have another room that is perfect for becoming another living room or a large studio for one's professional activity. We continue along the corridor and find the eat-in kitchen, a second bathroom, a storage room, and finally another room that can excellently accommodate friends and visiting guests. The heating is autonomous and the height of the ceilings, over three and a half metres, allows natural light to radiate into all the rooms. In conclusion, this seems to be the perfect solution for those who wish to live in an absolutely elegant context. Its private bridge is a magical connection to the beating heart of the Lido and to the vaporetti: on the way out, we return there too, in the time of a pleasant five-minute stroll.
