An oasis with a door to the water

Through the refined glass and wrought iron entrance door, you enter the apartment, which is located on the mezzanine floor (height 1.90 m). The apartment welcomes us with an imposing central corridor, where we can relax while listening to music or host fun dinners with friends; on the left side, we find a large equipped kitchen with direct access to the quiet courtyard, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with an extra-large shower and laundry room. On the right side, there is a romantic double bedroom overlooking the canal, with a wardrobe and private bathroom. The heart of the house is the living area, rich in decorative details, thanks to the exquisite work of the owners, who have managed to restore the soul of this old workshop where the marble tiles of the famous Venetian architect and designer Carlo Scarpa were produced. We end our visit in our small outdoor area, drinking a glass of wine at sunset before boarding our boat, which docks in front of our water gate.
