The residence is divided into two floors and has two cosy bedrooms, a rustic open-plan living room with kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and an altana to enjoy a breathtaking view, nestled between the village and the lagoon. Once you cross the threshold, a cosy and familiar atmosphere envelops you. The large living room, with its high ceilings and exposed beams, seems perfect for relaxing by the fireplace or in the company of friends and family. The kitchen is located at the end of the living room, with a beautiful table and well-organised work spaces, where the more daring can try their hand at sophisticated preparations! The two bedrooms on the first floor offer a quiet and private retreat to feel right at home after a fulfilling day on the Lido.
