My role

As Managing Partner of Engel & Völkers Czechia, I am responsible for the company’s strategic development and the continued expansion of our services and presence. Together with our specialized teams, we support clients across the real estate market – from commercial and residential properties to investments and specialized segments such as forestry and agricultural land.

I consider it essential to combine the international reach and high standards of Engel & Völkers with an in-depth understanding of the Czech market.

My professional journey

I studied Forest Engineering at the University of Freiburg and Economics at the Swiss Distance University of Applied Sciences. I began my career in real estate at the Engel & Völkers office in Dresden. The combination of these two fields continues to shape my perspective on real estate and land: beyond their commercial and investment potential, I also consider their long-term value, potential uses and broader context.

I have been with Engel & Völkers in Prague since 2008. Over the years, we have steadily expanded our activities, built a team of specialists across different segments of the real estate market, and extended our presence beyond Prague to Plzeň and Brno.

My expertise

I specialize primarily in strategic advisory for commercial and residential real estate, apartment buildings and real estate investments. My many years of experience have given me a thorough understanding of both the needs of private property owners and the expectations of professional investors.

I also have a strong connection to land, forests and larger estates. At Engel & Völkers, we develop this area through our Land & Forest specialization, which covers, among other things, forestry and agricultural properties, farms, and historic estates with surrounding land.

For me, successful real estate advisory does not begin with the property itself, but with understanding the client’s objectives. In-depth market knowledge, realistic valuations and professional negotiation are the foundation for decisions that make sense not only today, but also in the long term.

My vision

My goal is to continue developing Engel & Völkers in Czechia as the first choice for clients seeking first-class real estate advisory – whether for urban properties, investment opportunities or specialized assets connected with land and the countryside.
