As of February 1, 2026, we offer for rent a spacious apartment with a practical 3+1 layout in Kunratice. The apartment is located on the fourth floor (3rd floor above ground) of an older new-build building without an elevator. The practical layout of the apartment offers an entrance hall, a living room that can also be used as a third bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen with space for a dining area. Furthermore, the apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine, as well as an additional separate toilet. A major advantage of the apartment is the outdoor space in the form of a loggia and a terrace. A cellar is also available. The apartment is rented unfurnished; the furniture in the photographs belongs to the current tenant. Utility advances amount to 9,000 CZK including heating; electricity is transferred to the tenant. The security deposit is set at two months' rent. The real estate agency commission is one month's rent + VAT.
