Rent a 2+kt apartment in a new building overlooking a quiet courtyard

We offer for rent a brand-new 2+kt apartment with a floor area of 54 m². The unit is located on the 2nd floor of a new building with a lift. The apartment was approved for occupancy in June and everything in it is completely new. It is rented partially furnished, with a modern fitted kitchen and practical storage space. A great advantage is its orientation and view directly into a quiet inner courtyard. A cellar belongs to the apartment and residents can also use a shared pram room. Although no garage parking space comes with the apartment, a parking space can be rented just one street away. Monthly service charges are CZK 3,120. The refundable deposit is two months' rent.
