We are offering a detached house for rent. The house is divided into two floors. The first floor features four bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room that can also be used as a spacious walk-in closet or a children’s room. The second bedroom has access to two balconies facing the garden and a walk-in closet. There is also a utility room and a bathroom with a bathtub. The rental includes solid wood dining room furniture (dining table, chairs, and bar stools), genuine leather sofas in the living room and a TV, a bed and dressers in the master bedroom, and open wardrobes and chests of drawers, a washer, and a dryer in the walk-in closet. The house has a garage for one car, and two additional cars can be parked on the property. The security deposit is two months’ rent. The commission is one month’s rent plus VAT.
