Retail units in the Nuselský pivovar project

We offer retail units for rent in the Nuselský pivovar project. The Nuselský pivovar area is an area with a rich history and a protected ensemble of industrial architecture. The project combines careful reconstruction of historic buildings and a new concept of residential development, which will offer 450 residential units. A commercial arcade will be created in the historic building with 2015 m2 of retail space complemented by 1530 m2 of retail space in the residential area. Nuselský pivovar is a project of the development company Penta Real Estate, the design is being developed by architectural studios CMC architects and Chybík+Kristof.
