For rent we offer a sunny apartment with a layout of 2 + kk in Josefov. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a historic apartment building without an elevator. It is rented fully furnished, and its layout consists of an entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with bath and toilet. Fees are 1 000 CZK/person, electricity and gas are transferred to the tenant. The security deposit is set at two months rent with fees.
