We offer for long-term sublease a bright 3+kt apartment situated on the 12th floor above ground of a panel building in the Troja/Bohnice area, featuring a beautiful view of Prague. The apartment includes a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The living area is connected to the kitchenette; two other separate rooms can serve, for example, as a bedroom and a children's room or a study. The apartment features laminate flooring, central heating, and ample storage space in the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub; the toilet is separate. A cellar storage unit also belongs to the apartment. Option to rent a parking space for 3,000 CZK / month. Utility fees are 7,500 CZK + transfer of electricity to the tenant. This is a cooperative apartment – a sublease agreement will be signed. The refundable security deposit is equal to two months' rent. The real estate agency commission is one month's rent + VAT.
