We are offering for rent a spacious, air-conditioned 4+kt attic apartment measuring 120 sqm, located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll find a spacious hallway with built-in closets that provide ample storage space. The hallway leads to the various areas of the apartment. The main living area is a spacious living room with a kitchenette and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The apartment also features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Monthly fees amount to 1,080 CZK per person. Electricity and gas bills are billed directly to the tenant. The security deposit is equal to two months’ rent, and the real estate agency’s commission is one month’s rent plus VAT.
