Representative condominiums in a Wilhelminian-style jewel

Residential buildings from the last century are always something special - they contain a lot of history and numerous stories. When this imposing Gründerzeit building was created around 1900, representative and spacious residences were very popular with the upper middle-classes. With their impressive high ceilings and stucco decorated walls, they were status symbols of their time. Today, some 120 years later, the enthusiasm for flats in old buildings continues unabated. The current advantage - they not only shine in new splendour, but also benefit from the achievements of modern technology. 

During the elaborate refurbishment of the neunzehnhundert, all strands were renewed and many characteristic details were preserved or even added and supplemented with modern comforts.
