Representative condominiums in a Wilhelminian-style jewel

Residential buildings from the last century are always something special - they contain a lot of history and numerous stories. When this imposing Gründerzeit building was created around 1900, representative and spacious residences were very popular with the upper middle-classes. With their impressive high ceilings and stucco decorated walls, they were status symbols of their time. Today, some 120 years later, the enthusiasm for flats in old buildings continues unabated.
