1. Since when do you work in real estate?
Although I have been working as a commercial agent and costumer care for many years, in large multinationals, always linked to the real estate sector and public relations. I have been at Engel & Völkers Andorra for a year, learning every day putting my skills on the game and taking advantatge of my previous experience.
2. What do you like the most about real estate?
What I like the most about the sector is the added value that can be added with Engel & Völkers, exclusivity, passion, competence... Because I've been selling for many years, but never with the quality that I could find here.
3. Why Engel & Völkers?
Because in my country, Andorra, international, cosmopolitan, modern, always at the ''avantgarde'', it seemed opportune to team up with a well-known internationally brand, which has given me the opportunity to work in a wide network, with select international clients, and that has allowed me to grow personally and professionally, and also attend fairs and conventions of European and global first line.
4. What are your hobbies?
Well... many! But to not lengthen much, I'll stay with four.
Fashion... I love it, enjoy it, it's a world that reminds me of the real estate sector, always growing, changing and developing, with trends and continuous new features, where a professional can't be unfocused for a single second, and has to put the best of himself at stake to always be in front.
Spend time with my two children, the girl, I'm her confident, know that she trusts me, to help her and to team up, and the child, who is the joy of the house, always with a smile that makes us happy ... and see how with the effort and esteem that we dedicate to them, they are turning into great little people.
I love traveling with my husband, whom I love, discover new places and experiences and enjoy the moment. Know new cultures, foods, experiences and above all, never stop learning from all of them to improve each day, as a person and as a professional.
And to finish... my friends, nothing would be the same if I could not share some smiles with my friends, for me the best in this world, with whom we share much together.
5. Any memorable anecdote?
As anecdote I will quote one, that surprised us, and that now we remember with a smile, and that is that I once sold a property, and if it is true that we sold it with a short time since we got ask to do so, because the average time that a property spends in the market if it's exclusive with us, is about three months. So, the or the former owner left until last minute the fact of looking for a new home, and at the time of signing the contracte told us she wanted to continue living in the house ... so we had to find a property for rent in a hurry.
6. What would you recommend or what should a buyer know?
The most important thing at the time of buying that you should know, is what you do NOT want. Focus all efforts in transmitting what you are looking for, so you will save yourself from visiting properties that will not fit in your requirements, because we can discard them in advance. The advisors, based on the information you provide us, will make an exhaustive search of the market to be able to offer what best suits your needs.
7. And a seller?
It is very important that a seller let us help him, we devote ourselves body and soul to the sector, we know the fluctuations and movements of the market, we understand that many properties were bought in a bad monent at high prices, and that is why before taking any steps, the seller should be advised properly, likewise, I encourage everyone to find a trusted advisor, and work together with her or him for the best of the seller's property, and his time, which is gold.
8. What property in Andorra would you highlight, and why?
Sant Julià de Lòria is the area in which I know the best, and this is where I would highlight two, among all those there are, which are all exquisite and of high quality. The first that I would highlight is the W-02A9WI, a restored mountain chalet ''Borda'', very beautiful, it is made with style and taste, conserving the traditional details of the typical Andorran ''Borda'', with lots of light and stunning views. And the second one is the W-02ACVU, recent construction and of open and diaphanous spaces, spectacular, with a lot of natural light... the modern kitchen, and a pleasant garden... ideal for receptions and events.
