However, before it is necessary to be registered in the perish where the driver resides and the corresponding residence permit has been issued. First of all, the vehicles have to comply with European regulations that are related to EURO 5 Class emissions or higher. - Passport of the owner of the vehicle.
- Certificate of residence (except for non-residents with temporary plates).
- Vehicle bill.
- Documents that attest that the last technical inspection or ITV has passed in the country of origin, and certificate of approval or conformity in case it has been modified.
- Technical certificate.
- Insurance policy with the insurance company from Andorra.
- Declaration of export and import.
- Deregistration of the competent Transit Authority in the country of origin.
