Your Responsibilities

• Acquisition of properties for sale and rent
• Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
• Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
• Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions
• Sales and marketing activities
• Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
• Keep up to date with market trends and best practices

• Full Marketing support offline & online. Premium accounts with Property Finder, Dubizzle and Houza. Lead generation is our focal point
• Ongoing training provided from our E&V Academy
• Strong administrative support
• Access to user-friendly CRM software
• Professional Photographer for your properties

Requirements:

• Must be RERA Certified
• Minimum one year of Dubai real estate experience is preferred
• Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
• Ability to work independently with great dedication
• Strong communication skills – written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is a plus
• Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team
• Preferably have your own car and valid UAE driver’s license
