Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of 30 + property consultants
  • Direct and motivate the consultants.  Provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and objectives
  • Coordinate weekly sales meetings to track goals and follow-up with the team; arrange one-to-one meetings with the consultants ensuring they are motivated and close deals to achieve targets
  • Support consultants to negotiate deals assisting with legal advice, NOC process and Transfer at DLD; assisting consultants who require guidance with client meetings and communication
  • Solve client issues and queries, as necessary
  • Promote and maintain a corporate culture that promotes team work, loyalty and transparency
  • Develop Marketing strategy with marketing team and promote future business opportunities
  • Assist with lead generation and identify business development opportunities in team zone such as participation in community events
  • Effective management of leads
  • Maintain relationship with clients and continue to develop network
  • Implementation of company processes, procedures and standards for sales team
  • Evaluate recruitment needs of team and work closely with recruitment team during interview and onboarding process
  • Coordinate with Business Coach on training needs of team and implementation of training programme for new consultants
  • Oversee closing of transactions
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of real estate industry; attend industry meetings, project launches, conferences to expand industry knowledge and develop professional networks
  • Administrative tasks, as necessary

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Good regional knowledge
  • Proven experience in real estate sales
  • Must be RERA certified or have strong willingness to acquire
  • Fluent in English; other additional language will be an advantage
  • Excellent intercultural and social competences
  • Ability to organize and structure
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certifications) in Business Administration, Management, Finance or equivalent
  • Excelling reporting skills including knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, CRM Systems and Excel
