Before the end of the year, the best real estate agents at Engel & Völkers Switzerland were awarded for their performance up until CW35. At the get-together in Waldhaus Flims, the master licence-holder presented awards in the 4 categories Newcomer, Project Sales, Highest Net Revenue and Best Shop. Here are the winners:
In the Newcomer category, the winners were Livia Maho, Engel & Völkers Zürichberg, followed by Damiano Planzer, Engel & Völkers Ascona, and Charles Marti, Engel & Völkers Lucerne.
Livia Maho started with Engel & Völkers in 2017 as a Team Assistant in the property shop on Zürichberg. At the beginning of the year, she accepted to take up a new challenge as property consultant and was able to achieve the best revenue by calendar week 35 compared to all other newcomers who started as property consultants from 1 January 2019.
The category of Project Sales was dominated by 3 property consultants: Daria Müller, Engel & Völkers Liestal, in first place, Marketa von Burg, Engel & Völkers St. Gallen, in second place and Hafessa Mujadzic, Engel & Völkers St. Gallen, in third place.
Daria Müller was not just awarded in the Project Sales category in Switzerland. She was also awarded as Top Agent 2018 by the Engel & Völkers head office for her 5th place in the Project Sales EMEA category. As well as this, she also achieved 5th place in the category of Transaction Volume EMEA.
With one third more revenue than 2nd place, Antonia Crespi, Engel & Völkers Gstaad, led the rankings of Top Agents in the category of Highest Net Revenue. Stella Schell, Engel & Völkers Ascona, received an excellent 2nd place and Sabine Meidinger, Engel & Völkers Basel-City, obtained a well-deserved 3rd place.
Her passion for property and her pleasure in working with people make Antonia Crespi one of the best Engel & Völkers Wohnen Switzerland property consultants. In this way, since the start of her Engel & Völkers career in 2019, she has already won multiple awards and is justified in calling herself Top Agent worldwide.
The Engel & Völkers Ascona team led the shop rankings with a huge lead in the Net Revenue category. However, the teams from Engel & Völkers Gstaad in 2nd place and Engel & Völkers Zug in 3rd place were also able to increase the revenue of the year to date and had every reason to celebrate.
