The Prague branch of Engel & Völkers has operated since 2008, focusing on wealthy private custumers and since 2012, has gradually expanded its portfolio of services. In 2008, the branch in Prague started with an Engel & Völkers Commercial team, then a department of Engel & Völkers Residential Sales was added, and from 2016 another department focusing on rent of flats, houses and villas - Engel & Völkers Residential Rentals has been founded.
