We are specialists in the rental of not only office-space, but of many other kinds of space, including residential, that for manufacturing/production and retail purposes, as well as for Prague restaurant and warehouse premises. We provide rental services for both Class A and Class B buildings, and most of our clients' favorite locations include Old Town, New Town, Karlín, Pankrác and Holešovice. The average rental prices for office space in these areas are currently hovering around 390 CZK/m2, and the price for retail space currently falls within the range of 270 CZK to 1,500 CZK/m2.

How long have we been operating in Prague?

Engel & Völkers Prague was founded in 2008, and our first specialised department focussed on commercial sales. After some time, the residential sales department was born, followed by the residential rentals department. Next, the growing demand for beautiful spaces for other than residential purposes intersected happily with owners willing to rent residential premises for other uses; this combination allowed us to fill a new market gap naturally by creating an office-space rental department. And last but not least, we are proud to now also have a Land & Forest department, the latest addition to our real-estate services. Land & Forest specializing in the non-Prague „country-side“ real estate segment, including recreation homes and agricultural and forest land, rounding our company and its departments out perfectly.

While Engel & Völkers was founded in 1977 in Hamburg, Germany, by now the firm has become an global one, with interconnections among international markets supported by our friendly and cooperative branches throughout the world; we are lucky to be able to draw on the monumental know-how of the real estate market provided through this network.
