Engel & Völkers Development Services Berlin can announce the successful sale of the new building project "oe Koenigsallee" in Berlin-Grunewald.
Six individual condominiums have been created in a luxurious new-build urban villa with underground parking. Large window fronts and a matt-glossy metal façade frame the 2 to 7 room flats with living spaces between approx. 61 sqm and 329 sqm. The completed architectural unicum, which was developed by brixx Projektentwicklung GmbH, is surrounded by an approximately 3,000 sqm park with old trees and a listed rose garden.
The residential building owes its purist, distinctive name "oe" to its address: Koenigsallee 17, its extraordinary appearance to the renowned architect duo Annette Axthelm and Henner Rolvien. The two creators explain the special features and details of the development and realisation of the design in our blog interview.
Surrounded by prestigious Wilhelminian villas, the "oe Koenigsallee" project is located in Berlin's best and greenest neighbourhood: the Grunewald district. Only a few minutes' drive separate Koenigsallee from the city's famous Forst, Kurfürstendamm and Kantstraße.
