Project completion of the new building project SCHILLING

Since the middle of May, Engel & Völkers Development Services Berlin has been able to report the successful sale of the 32 condominiums in the new building project SCHILLING in Berlin-Mitte. All the flats were sold in around 1 ½ years and so even before the planned completion date.

The project developer and builder OTTO WULFF has been implementing the design of the architectural firm Schenk & Waiblinger since the start of construction in 2019. In addition to the flats, there will be an underground car park and a commercial unit on the ground floor of the building. A long-term lease has already been signed with the supermarket giant EDEKA.

Partly barrier-free 1 to 3 room flats with living spaces between approx. 33 sqm and 82 sqm represent an ideal residential and investment offer between Alexanderplatz and Spreeufer. Compact flats have floor-to-ceiling window fronts - balconies extend the larger units towards the south/east. In addition, the residential and commercial building, designed with a special glass mosaic façade, will have 24 underground parking spaces.
