In the last few days, Engel & Völkers Development Services Berlin has completed the sale of the condominiums in the Petersburger Platz 8 project in Berlin-Friedrichshain. The special highlight of this project consisted of a combination of condominiums in a quiet new backyard building and a new attic storey building, which was constructed on top of the existing old building. The inner courtyard was redesigned and the entire building 'Petersburger Platz 8' was rejuvenated.
With the modern new garden house, straightforward living comfort with large windows meets the charming elements of the front house of the turn of the century. 2 garden-maisonettes with terrace, 7 apartments with balcony or loggia as well as 1 penthouse with surrounding terrace were created. The condominiums with 2 to 4 rooms and living spaces from 56 sqm to 131 sqm were already completed before the sales started and could therefore be offered as free of occupancy.
An additional condominium was created in the attic of the modernised old building. On approx. 212 sqm of living space, the buyer had the opportunity to acquire a spacious new attic with 5 rooms as a refined shell and to complete it according to his own ideas. In addition to 3 bedrooms, an open living & dining area and a roof terrace of more than 20 sqm, the apartment also has a further room with its own bathroom and private access, which can be used as a separate self-contained flat.
For this project, the marketing team created an own exposé as well. Besides the usual online platforms, the social media channels were fed with own project & walk-through videos including drone shots.
