Project WIN30 completed

Engel & Völkers Projektvertrieb Berlin has successfully completed the sale of the condominiums in the WINS30 project in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg over the past few days.

The Wilhelminian-style house in Winsstraße at the corner of Christburger Straße has been renovated extensively in recent years and is now shining in new glory. High-quality renovated apartments as well as modern penthouses on the top floor were available for purchase. Special highlights in this project are the shed with its own garden in the quiet inner courtyard as well as the roof terraces of the penthouses with a panoramic view over the city of Berlin. The floor-to-ceiling and partly round window fronts in the penthouses are custom-made and provide additional brightness and great views.

Thanks to modern drone shots and walkthrough videos, customers were able to get a first impression of the apartments, the house and the immediate surroundings in advance. During the viewing on site, our professional real estate consultants were able to personally present the apartments and answer all further questions. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our colleagues from the Engel & Völkers network for the successful cooperation and the joint sale.

We enjoyed preparing and promoting this exciting project and would like to thank all property buyers for their trust and wish them a great time in their new condominium.
