Engel & Völkers Berlin successfully ends exclusive distribution of the new construction project GLEIS PARK Berlin
Engel & Völkers Berlin was able to announce the successful sale of 68 high-quality condominiums in two houses in the new building project GLEIS PARK BERLIN after only 22 months of distribution. The sale The Cologne-based project developer and building contractor, the BAUWENS Group, implemented this extraordinary residential project from the pen of the renowned Berlin architecture firm KSP Jürgen Engel. Completion of the entire project with a total of four houses is expected by the end of 2019. Houses 1 and 2 are not for sale, but will be available as rental apartments in the future.
A total of three apartment types with 2 to 4 rooms and living space between approx. 58 m² and 178 m² were available: Garden maisonettes with spacious terraces, apartments with continuous balconies and penthouses, each with its own access to the private roof terrace. The offer was rounded off by 44 underground parking spaces.
This project development by the Cologne-based company marks the start of the redesign of the area at the Gleisdreieck, which will be continued in the coming years with the new "Urbane Mitte" quarter.
