Prestigious living in a renovated Wilhelminian-style jewel

Residential buildings from the last century are always something special - they contain a lot of history and numerous stories. When this imposing Gründerzeit building was created around 1900, representative and spacious residences were very popular with the upper middle-classes. With their impressive high ceilings and stucco decorated walls, they were status symbols of their time. Today, some 120 years later, the enthusiasm for flats in old buildings continues unabated. The current advantage - they not only shine in new splendour, but also benefit from the achievements of modern technology.

During the elaborate refurbishment of the neunzehnhundert, all strands were renewed and many characteristic details were preserved or even added and supplemented with modern comforts. In the future, all units will be accessible via elevator. The further result are modernly divided condominiums that offer a creative basis with new windows, new courtyard-side balconies, openly designed living/dining areas, bay windows and balconies. Unique rough diamonds that can be acquired in a refined rough state or find their individual completion with the purchase of additional finfishing packages.

Berlin-Charlottenburg | Among poets and philosophers

The district of Charlottenburg also looks back on a long and exciting history. Leibniz, Kant, Goethe, Pestalozzi, Niebuhr - all of them clever minds, who shape the street names here. And it is precisely where Leibniz and Niebuhr meet that the neunzehnhundert welcomes its residents.

Today's Charlottenburg is wonderfully diverse and colourful - full of flagship stores and signature restaurants. It is only a few minutes' walk to Kurfürstendamm, Berlin's most elegant shopping street. The popular neighbourhood around the neunzehnhundert presents itself as grounded and relaxed, yet consistently moves on towards the future without losing its roots.

In the stately Gründerzeit old building neunzehnhundert in a prime Charlottenburg location, spacious condominiums are now available for purchase - in search of new owners for the finishing touches. The core renovation of the common property as well as the basic fit-out of the units has already begun. The strands are being renewed - entrances, staircases and windows professionally modernised. The Leibnizstraße staircase even still has an original lift - in Niebuhrstraße a new glass lift is being added to the courtyard side.

The old residences in this beautiful corner building have been provided with well thought-out floor plans by the architect. Almost every apartment will have open kitchens integrated into spacious dining and living areas. Modern living with a classic old building feeling.

With a 2 to 7 room dwelling in neunzehnhundert you can create a new home of a special kind for yourself and your family. There is even a maisonette with terrace and garden area (as SNR special right of use) or a very spacious unit with approx. 221 sqm on the 4th floor. Dressing rooms, utility rooms, storage rooms, wardrobes, free-standing bathtubs and many possible bedrooms will make owner-occupiers' hearts beat faster.

But the flats on offer in the historic building ensemble on the corner of Leibnitzstrasse and Niebuhrstrasse are also an occasion for capital investors.  Real estate is still considered a good investment - especially in economically exciting times. With a capital investment, you are investing in your old-age provision or in the future of your children. The demand for living space in Berlin remains high. The vacancy rate is minimal. These are good omens for the rentability of your property. Let us advise you.

Berlin is always changing. Its districts are as diverse as its residents. Charlottenburg has always stood for good addresses and streets lined with old buildings. Today, these established character traits of this part of the City-West are complemented by many modern influences and are given a unique touch in the capital with new flagship stores and signature restaurants.
