At present, there are exclusive townhouses with private access from Johannisstraße still available. They extend over two to three levels, are suitable for semi-commercial use, and can be requested directly from us if you are interested.

With the VERT, Pritzker Prize winners Herzog & de Meuron Architects designed an iconic, flowing architecture with a curved facade and round bay windows. The floor plans offer plenty of space for personal development. The elegant balconies and spacious terraces act as an extension of the living room. Clay bricks with a mineral plaster, which act as naturally “breathing” materials, create a pleasant indoor climate.
