Herzog & de Meuron Architects designed the residential building VERT, the key to the good life. VERT combines the best of both worlds: A cosmopolitan lifestyle in a buzzing metropolis with the haven of a tranquil apartment. A harmonious retreat with organic shapes and touch of true extravagance. On the first to fourth floors, 39 apartments with one to five rooms and a size of 48 sqm to 182 sqm will be built. On the fifth floor are the seven penthouse apartments with two to four rooms and a size of 75 sqm to 180 sqm.

With VERT, Pritzker award-winners Herzog & de Meuron Architects designed an iconic, flowing architecture with a curved facade shape and round bay windows. A good room climate is created by clay blocks with a mineral plaster, which act as naturally "breathing" materials.
