Remit
- Professional office management (telephone, appointments, correspondence, other administrative tasks)
- Support for the managers and teams in day to day business tasks
- Support for business meetings and events
- Carrying out distribution and marketing activities
- Putting together property descriptions and other documents
Your Profile
- Qualifications in business and commerce desirable
- Work experience in a comparable position
- A high level of commitment and ability to work in teams
- Confident and experienced in working with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- English language skills desirable
- Able to work in a reliable and consistent fashion
- Good manners, a confident, friendly appearance and a very strong customer service orientation
