On Wednesday, November 7th, Engel & Völkers in Barcelona held a new Training Day for some of the members of its team. This event took place at the famous and exclusive Hilton Hotel on Avenida Diagonal. In general, the training sessions were divided into three formative sections preceded by a welcome presentation for the attendees. These are the details:
The Conference by Berto Pena
Berto Pena, the personal productivity trainer and mentor held the first conference. He has been sharing his knowledge for more than 8 years. During that time, he has managed to help hundreds of companies and thousands of professionals to better manage their tasks through his exclusive methodology.
Specifically, it was titled "What are your priorities? Time management". During this session, he took the opportunity to give advice to attendees on how to be more efficient during their day to day work. The duration of this conference was 90 minutes. Needless to say, the audience in the room gave a round of applause to Berto, after which a 'coffee break' was held and the Engel & Völkers' agents were able to chat with him.
The Lectures Held by Marta Badia and David Quesada
Once the coffee break was over, Marta Badia and David Quesada's talk titled "Seduce, negotiate and connect" began. At this conference, a multitude of group dynamics were carried out with the purpose of improving the body language and verbal communication of those attending the Training Day. In particular, it was broken down into three parts: non-verbal communication, organic language,'feedback' and empathy.
Regarding the backgrounds of both lecturers, we must say that these are professional 'coaches' with extensive experience in the field of leadership, communication and team building.
