Is it possible to visit Engel & Völkers' offices and what health and safety measures have been introduced by Engel & Völkers in their offices?

You can visit it without an appointment, although to ensure that you do not have any problems with seating, we recommend that you contact us beforehand.


At Engel & Völkers we have adopted the recommended security measures; our goal is to make sure that all our spaces are clean and safe for all our clients and collaborators. That is why we will limit the capacity of our offices, we will check the temperature at the entrance, we will have adequate sanitary protection material, we will intensify the cleaning of all the spaces as well as having a good ventilation and the safety distance of 2 meters between people.


How can I arrange an appointment?

Are property appraisals performed on-site?

Yes, we do carry out property valuations in person, but always by appointment and with the following security measures:


- Use the self-protection measures you have available: gloves, mask, etc.
- Avoid the traditional handshake.
- Maintain a safety distance of at least 2 metres.
- Reduce the interaction or conversation with other Clients to the minimum necessary to reduce risks.
- Leave the doors inside the house open to avoid contact with knobs.
- Trying to keep the circulation space as clear as possible to avoid searcher Clients accidentally touching objects.
- It is advisable that there is only one person inside the house.


Is it possible to visit properties?

Yes, we do visit uninhabited properties and always by appointment and with the following security measures:


- Use the self-protection measures that you have: gloves, mask, shoe covers, etc.
- Avoid the traditional handshake greeting.
- Maintain a safety distance of at least 2 metres.
- Reduce interaction or conversation with other Clients to the minimum necessary to reduce risks.
- Before entering the house (right at the entrance), a hydroalcoholic solution should be used on the hands as a preventive and safety measure, even if gloves are worn.
- Access to the dwelling must be made by the stairs of the Building, thus avoiding the use of the elevator, unless it is strictly necessary due to the fact that it is an elderly person, with the use of wheelchairs, etc... in which case the protocol established in the Building where the dwelling is located must be followed.
- No element or object in the dwelling must be touched: walls, doors, knobs, furniture, etc...
- We ask that visits be made in the shortest time possible.
- Transfer the questions to your Real Estate Consultant after finishing the visit outside the Building.
- For your own safety bring a pen to sign any documents.


How many people can visit a property at the same time?

We recommend that there are only one or two people inside the property. Be careful with the security measures and the distance of 2 meters between them.


Do you continue to do photo sessions?

Yes, we continue to take pictures of all those properties that are not primary residences. Always respecting the hygienic safety measures:


- Use the self-protection measures that you have: gloves, mask, etc...
- Avoid the traditional handshake greeting.
- Maintain a safety distance of at least 2 metres.
- Reduce the interaction or conversation with the rest of the Clients to the minimum necessary to reduce risks.

Can an architect come to draw up the plans for my home?

Yes, as with the photographic sessions, plans will only be made for empty properties, following our health safety protocols.
