Report of the Real Estate Market in Cerdanya

Associated with the most exclusive second residence houses, Cerdanya is located in a large valley east of the Pyrenees through which runs the Segre River. This situation makes it a natural border crossing between Catalonia, France and Andorra, as well as an ideal location for practicing many sports, mainly skiing.

The most demanded properties are the terraced houses, which account for about 40% of the operations carried out, followed by the single-family homes (28.5%), the apartments and the plots. The views to the valley and the mountains as well as direct access to the garden are the essential features for the sale of a house. The usual customer of this area normally resides in urban areas and looks for a house to disconnect from the city.
