The Catalan government has announced the creation of a development plan that will allow the third largest ski area in Spain, Alp 2500, to open its doors to business and economic projects for tourism investment.

Located in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees, Alp 2500, is formed by the ski stations of Masella and La Molina, in the Cerdanya valley known as one of the most exclusive areas of second homes and high-quality real estate.
